How are you doing with yourself?

Each of us is doing something, right now.  Sitting at your desk, hanging on the couch with your dog, in a cafe – it’s something.  People that practice yoga understand that being present on the mat and setting clear intentions of working with the best of your ability in that moment can translate to doing the same off the mat.  Wherever you are in each moment, you will be ‘doing’, so why not bring yourself to be the most optimal place you can to fully experience it? 

Basically, this means living with intention and being in the moment not blindly going about your day thinking about the next one and then wonder what happened to the present one when it ends.  After all, how you live your day today, is how you live your life.
